Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully.  The Terms & Conditions govern the access to our Website and also to our products. Subject to the following Terms & Conditions, Zimmzang, LLC referred to throughout this Website as "Zimmzang.com or Zimmzang" (the "Site")will provide its service to you. The Terms & Conditions may be updated or modified by Zimmzang at our own discretion, without notice to you. We encourage you to review these Terms & Conditions each time you choose to use the Zimmzang.com site. Please note that your use of the Zimmzang website constitutes your unconditional agreement to follow and be bound to these Terms & Conditions.  If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please do not use the web site.

 

Terms of Sale

Zimmzang is committed to providing you with quality products at reasonable prices. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Zimmzang, simply contact Customer Service via email at customerservice@zimmzang.com, or feel free to contact us at 888-888-8888, and we will work with you to resolve your issue. However, certain circumstances are out of our control. Zimmzang cannot be responsible for the following issues:

•   Low resolution or poor quality uploaded images.
•   Spelling, punctuation or grammar errors by customer
•   Incorrect shipping address or undeliverable package errors.
•   Design errors or color selection errors.

 

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. Refunds are available for the reason of product defect or Zimmzang error.  On items that meet the above criteria, you must contact Zimmzang within 30 days to request your refund. Any refund requests approved after 30 days will be issued as a credit toward the next order. 

Shipping

Zimmzang ships jobs via FEDEX Ground or via other nationally recognized carriers in its sole discretion. Once a package has shipped, Zimmzang will not be responsible for late or damaged packages. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and may include extra transit time in case of unforeseen delays. No refund on shipping charges will be made on any job once it has shipped. We will work with you on damaged or lost items and reprint at our discretion at no charge to you (except for additional shipping charges).

Printing Turnaround

Printing turnaround time begins once your order has been placed and your print ready files have been uploaded to your account, attached to your order (printing job), and approved for printing.

Proofs

Zimmzang does not provide hard copy proofs of business printing products.  By ordering a product the user is approving the design of that product.  Zimmzang will provide proofs on request for some promotional products for a nominal cost.  Please contact customer service at 888-400-ZANG for more information.

Color Accuracy

Zimmzang  is not responsible for any color shift that occurs in conversions from RGB to CMYK color modes. For best results, always using CMYK colorspaces when creating your artwork.

 

Artwork Files

Our order prepress group checks artwork files before printing, BUT you (the customer) are 100% responsible for the accuracy of your print ready artwork files, and we highly recommend you to proof read all files carefully before submitting to Zimmzang.

Sales Tax Policy

Sales tax is charged on all orders from the State of Kentucky.

Copyright

The user of this Website acknowledges that all content included on this site including but not limited to, the information, data, software, photographs, graphs, images, illustrations, designs, icons, artwork, fonts, document layouts and other material and compilations (collectively "Content") are intellectual property and copyrighted works of Zimmzang and/or various third party providers. It is strictly prohibited to retain, copy, distribute, publish or use any portion of the "Content" except as expressly allowed in these Terms & Conditions.

 

Trademarks

You may not use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute or modify the Trademarks in any way, without our prior express written approval. Zimmzang and Zimmzang.com, are registered Trademarks of Zimmzang LLC in the United States and other jurisdictions.

 

Use Restriction

You are granted permission to use this Site to make legitimate requests to purchase products or  services offered, and shall not use this Site to make any speculative, false or fraudulent requests. No other download, retention, use publication or distribution of any portion of the Content is authorized or permitted. It is a violation of law to place a request in a false name or with an invalid credit card. Fraudulent users may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.  You are solely responsible for your use of Content in combination with any other images, text, pictures, graphics or other materials you incorporate into your products. Zimmzang may terminate its service to customers found to be using Zimmzang in a fraudulent or undesirable manner.

 

Privacy

The Zimmzang Privacy Policy is posted on the Zimmzang.com Site. You confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the Zimmzang Privacy Policy, and agree that the terms of such policy are reasonable and satisfactory to you. Any information that you submit or that we collect to the Web site is subject to our Privacy Policy. Zimmzang reserves the right to share contact information with its trusted and reputable corporate partners. These entities abide by their own terms of service and privacy policy. Any further information you provide to the third party and any dealings you have with the third party will be governed by the privacy and other policies of that third party. However, we will never provide your credit card or other payment details to any third party, other than for the purposes of processing payment for your order.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, WE PRESENT THE WEB SITE "AS IS" AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY. REFUSAL OF SERVICE

 We hold the sole right to be the arbiter of what is and what is not a violation of our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We reserve the right to refuse service to, or terminate the order of any user, for any reason, at our sole discretion. We also reserve the right at our sole discretion to require proof that you are authorized to distribute the content developed using our website, products, or services. We may refuse or terminate orders if we believe that the conduct of any user violates any applicable law. If any of our users engage in any behavior that we feel is detrimental to our services, then we reserve the right to terminate that user's order immediately.
